All images on TODAY JAFFNA are watermarked, which prevents the images to be used for other purposes, without the consent of the advertiser.
Safety and images
TODAY JAFFNA and Saltside Technologies AB reserve the right to change the title of the Content, for editorial purposes. TODAY JAFFNA and Saltside Technologies AB reserves the right not to publish images that are irrelevant or images that violate TODAY JAFFNA rules.
Personal
TODAY JAFFNA and Saltside Technologies AB has the right to cooperate with authorities in the case any Content violates the law.

Doorstep Delivery
A Seller has to be a Member on TODAY JAFFNA to opt into the Doorstep Delivery service. For Seller-related Terms and Conditions, please contact your Field Sales Executive (or refer to the material provided by your Field Sales Executive). TODAY JAFFNA reserves the right to suspend, limit, or withdraw access to TODAY JAFFNA and/or Membership of any user who does not comply with these terms.
Indemnification
Advertisers and users agree to indemnify TODAY JAFFNA & Saltside Technologies AB as well as its officers, directors, employees, agents, from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of this Terms and Conditions (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
Modifications
TODAY JAFFNA & Saltside Technologies AB reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on TODAY JAFFNA . You are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications.
Governing law
TODAY JAFFNA operates under the laws and regulations of Sri Lanka.
